华北陆块东南缘凤台组的底部和中部存在磷结核.这些磷结核的发现表明,凤台组(至少有部分地层)可能形成于温暖的海相环境.凤台组底部与中部磷结核的地球化学特征分析表明,2个层位磷结核的沉积构造环境存在差异,凤台组底部形成于地幔活动较强的海相环境,而中部形成于地幔活动性较弱的闭塞环境.  相似文献   

苏锡常地区地下水禁采后的地质环境效应研究

1995年以来,针对严重的区域性地面沉降和地裂缝灾害,苏锡常地区地下水资源保护和管理工作逐渐加强,特别是从2000年开始,江苏省政府分阶段实施限期禁止开采工作,首先在超采区实行地下水禁采,到2005年底,在苏锡常地区全面禁止开采地下水,全区地下水环境、地面沉降状况出现明显好转,地下水水位普遍回升,地面沉降速率逐渐减缓。根据近年来苏锡常地区地面沉降基岩标、分层标的系统监测资料,对地下水禁采后地质环境的效应特别是地面沉降的变化特征进行了初步分析、研究,并对该区今后地质环境保护工作提出了对策和建议。  相似文献

冷冻牡蛎贮存过程中脂溶性有毒物质的变化研究

牡蛎是我国出口量较大的水产品之一,由于产品本身的特殊性,在生长过程中易产生腹泻性贝毒(DSP).本实验中原料牡蛎DSP生物法检测结果为阴性,冷冻贮存4个月后检测结果即为阳性.本研究以分析这一变化原因为目的,采用LC-MS法对DSP生物检测的阳性样品进行确认,结果表明,生物法DSP检测的结果为假阳性,造成生物法DSP检测中小白鼠死亡的是牡蛎在贮藏过程中产生的脂溶性有毒物质.进一步分析确定该有毒物质为牡蛎脂肪水解物--游离脂肪酸.同时本研究对牡蛎在不同贮存温度和贮存时间下产生的游离脂肪酸含量进行了测定,在-10 ℃贮存温度下,贮存0,2,4,6,8,10个月,游离脂肪酸的变化范围为5.2～788.6 mg/kg;在-10 ℃,-18 ℃,-25 ℃贮存温度下,贮存4个月,游离脂肪酸的变化范围为92.5～389 mg/kg.  相似文献

Phycoerythrin (PE) is one of the most important proteins involved in light capturing during photosynthesis in red algae. Its potential biological activities had gained wide concerns. In the present study, tumor cytotoxic and hydroxyl radical assay were preformed to detect the bioactivity of recombinant PE. Recombinant plasmids pGEX-PE and pBGL were transformed into E.coli BL21 to make two recombinant strains BEX (pGEX-PE) and BGL (pBGL). PE expressing in BEX (pGEX-PE) was validated by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting analysis. SDS-PAGE analysis indicated that the PE-GST fusion protein was mostly inclusion bod- ies. Specific expression of PE was confirmed by Western blotting analysis. The recombinant E. coli BEX (pGEX-PE) cells were col- lected and sonicated. The supernatants were reserved for the tumor cytotoxic experiments. The result of tumor cytotoxic assay indi- cated that the supernatants containing PE had the activity of inhibiting the growth of Hela cells and with the increase of protein con- centration, the inhibiting rate increased from 37.31% to 63.26%, which showed significant difference from the control. Hydroxyl radical scavenging effect was tested with supernatants of BEX (pGEX-PE) and BGL (pBGL) cell lysates treated with sonication and heating. For the sonication samples, the scavenging rates of the supernatants of BEX (pGEX-PE) and BGL (pBGL) cell lysates were significantly higher than the negative control BL21(pGEX-4T) (P<0.02), and the scavenging rates increased slowly following the increase of the protein content. For the heating samples, except for the 0.2 mg mL-1 BGL (pBGL) products, the scavenging effects of the supernatants of BEX (pGEX-PE) and BGL (pBGL) cell lysates were stronger than that of negative control BL21(pGEX-4T). However, the effect intensity was not positively correlated with the increase of the protein concentration. Though a partially de- creased hydroxyl radical scavenging activity was led by heating, the biological activity was still retained and conspicuous. This re- search showed that phycoerythrin protein expressing in E. coli has the potential medical and sanitarian value.  相似文献

观测值含有粗差的抗差粒子滤波算法

作为非线性滤波的代表，粒子滤波得到广泛应用。该算法通过随机生成的具有权重的样本（粒子）来计算后验概率密度。其中赋权的过程需要综合系统信息和观测信息，当观测值含有粗差时，会使粒子错误赋权影响滤波结果。提出一种新的基于抗差估计的抗差粒子滤波算法，通过计算粒子等价权，抑制观测值粗差的影响。模拟计算分析表明，当观测值含有粗差时，与标准粒子滤波相比，该方法能有效提高滤波精度。  相似文献

为探索和建立免疫学结合荧光技术对赤潮生物的定性、定量检测,制备了3种粒径不同的赤潮藻——赤潮异弯藻(Heterosigma akashiwo)、共生甲藻(Symbiodinium sp)、链状亚历山大藻(Alexandrium catenella)的多克隆抗体,并采用封闭吸附处理以提高抗体的特异性;采用间接酶联免疫法检测了抗体的效价;结果表明未经吸附处理的赤潮异弯藻、共生甲藻的效价分别为1:41 000,1:18 000以上,显示是高亲合力的抗体;链状亚历山大藻抗体的效价达到1:3 500,相比另两种藻的效价较低;吸附处理后的3种多克隆抗体的特异性明显提高,而效价有所下降。3种多克隆抗体与各自藻细胞均有很强的结合力,赤潮异弯藻和共生甲藻的荧光信号均匀分布于细胞表面,链状亚历山大藻细胞的荧光信号在细胞表面分布不均匀,主要集中在腹部横沟内。制备的多克隆抗体只与自身藻细胞结合,与另外2种藻细胞无交叉反应。链状亚历山大藻抗体只与自身藻细胞结合,与塔马亚历山大藻无交叉反应,可作为同属内不同种的鉴别。结合了免疫学和荧光技术,具有特异、灵敏、直观和简便的优点,并且费用低,对于开拓赤潮准确定性、定量检测方法和技术具有重要价值。  相似文献   

Effects of sexual reproduction of the inferior competitor Brachionus calyciflorus on its fitness against Brachionus angularis

Sexual reproduction adversely affects the population growth of cyclic parthenogenetic animals. The density-dependent sexual reproduction of a superior competitor could mediate the coexistence. However,the cost of sex may make the inferior competitor more vulnerable. To investigate the effect of sexual reproduction on the inferior competitor,we experimentally paired the competition of one Brachionus angularis clone against three B rachionus calyciflorus clones. One of the B. calyciflorus clones showed a low propensity for sexual reproduction,while the other two showed high propensities. The results show that all B. calyciflorus clones were excluded in the competition for resources at low food level. The increased food level promoted the competition persistence,but the clones did not show a clear pattern. Both the cumulative population density and resting egg production increased with the food level. The cumulative population density decreased with the mixis investment,while the resting egg production increased with the mixis investment. A trade-off between the population growth and sexual reproduction was observed in this research. The results indicate that although higher mixis investment resulted in a lower population density,it would not determinately accelerate the exclusion process of the inferior competitor. On the contrary,higher mixis investment promoted resting egg production before being excluded and thus promised a longterm benefit. In conclusion,our results suggest that mixis investment,to some extent,favored the excluded inferior competitor under fierce competition or some other adverse conditions.  相似文献
